Major Planning Projects
Below are Major Planning Projects submitted for review by the Planning Division. Information on all submittals can also be found by searching on our ePermits site. On the ePermits site, you are able to view both the planning files and any building permits that may have applied for as well.
The chart below contains projects that fall into one of the following categories:
- Under Review – These are discretionary projects that are currently be reviewed by a planner for completeness and for compliance with development standards and General Plan policies.
- SB 35 NOI – These are pre-applications for housing project that have submitted a Notice of Intent (NOI) to be processed ministerially pursuant to SB 35.
- SB 9 Pre-App – These are preliminary applications for housing developments that are opting for eligibility review for the “by-right” SB 9
- Approved – These are projects that have been approved by the decision body (Zoning Administrator, Planning Commission, or City Council), but have not yet applied for a building permit.
- Building Permit Submitted – For projects that have submitted a building permit application that is currently under review and not yet issued.
- Under Construction – These projects have been issued building permits so are either about to start or under construction.
