The Parking Services Administrative Office is located at 1400 5th Avenue on the bottom floor of San Rafael City Hall. Office hours for walk in service are 9:00am-5:00pm Tuesdays thru Thursday at the City Hall location. Parking Services is also open at the Al Boro Center on Mondays and Fridays from 10:00am -5:00pm.

Parking is an integral part of life in San Rafael. Not only do our employees interact with people every day, but parking is part of the life blood of a city, and no city can be successful without sufficient parking capacity and a clear perspective on how best to manage it.

Our Division provides safe and convenient parking with courteous, and professional service. We accept payments & handwritten appeals, issue monthly parking spots, and process requests like abandoned vehicle tows and "No Parking" signs/meter bag reservations, at our downtown office.

Canal Parking Striping Project
