How is the City Addressing Illegal Dumping?
The City has conducted five years of research and pilot programs using a Human Centered Design approach to understand the issue here determine what actually works to reduce illegal dumping in San Rafael. This cross-departmental Together San Rafael project was developed in partnership with Marin Sanitary Service, R3 Consulting Group, Gigantic Idea Studio, and in consultation with many community members, organizations and volunteers too numerous to name here.
