The City’s administrative offices in City Hall, the San Rafael Public Library, and the City’s community centers will be closed on Thursday November 23 through Friday November 24 in observance of the holiday. 24-hour operations will remain in effect for the Police and Fire Departments.

Every year since fiscal year 2012-13, the City of San Rafael has been awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting Program (CAFR Program) for going beyond the minimum requirements of generally accepted accounting principles to prepare comprehensive annual financial reports that evidence the spirit of transparency and full disclosure.
