Project Description

The project proposes construction of a seven-story residential building with five floors of residential above two stories of parking. The project consists of 200 residential units, consisting of one- and two- bedroom apartments. A total of 139 vehicle parking spaces are provided, accessible via two entry points, with the main entry located adjacent to Northgate Drive. The total gross building area is approximately 239,021 and 8,795 square feet of open space.

The project is requesting a density bonus and proposes 80% of the units as low-income affordability and 19% of the units as moderate-income affordability. Three units are proposed as manager’s units.

The SB 330 pre-application was submitted 9/5/2024. This application is a formal SB330 application submitted 9/10/2024, found to be incomplete 10/10/24 and resubmitted 4/2/2025.
