The following is the process for verifying employment for any City of San Rafael current or past employee:

For more information, including salary, an Employment Verification form along with a signed Authorization Release form should be faxed to:

The emailed copy of the Employment Verification form along with a signed Authorization Release form must be PDF format.

Please allow ten days for a response from the time the Verification of Employment is received by Human Resources.
