Applies to apartments (3 or more units) or certain other residential rental properties

For new license and changes of ownership, we offer online registration.  Please be prepared to provide a gross receipts figure, the number of units, and a tax ID number so we may calculate your payment correctly.

Note:  All residential rental properties with three (3) or more units are subject to the City's Periodic Housing Inspection Program.
