Recreation Co-Sponsorship Opportunities Available

The City of San Rafael Library and Recreation Department is excited to announce that applications are now open for our Recreation Co-Sponsorship Program. This program offers qualifying organizations and activities access to space at the Albert J. Boro Community Center and Pickleweed Park and Field at a free or reduced rate.

Community organizations and groups are invited to apply to host programs or events at these locations. Co-sponsorships help expand inclusive, engaging offerings that reflect the needs and interests of our community.

We encourage organizations to apply, get involved, and partner with us in building a vibrant and connected San Rafael.

Qualification Requirements

To qualify for co-sponsorship, the proposed program, activity or event must meet the following criteria:

• Be open to all residents of San Rafael (special requirements may apply: minimum age, skill level, etc.)
• Be of direct benefit to residents of San Rafael
• Low or no fee to participants (Program budget required in application)
• Cannot be part of any private commercial enterprise of promotion thereof
