OPEN TIME FOR PUBLIC EXPRESSION 10 MINUTES
Members of the public may speak to the City Council on items that are not on the agenda and are within the Council s jurisdiction. Open Time for Public Expression happens twice during the meeting. At the beginning of the meeting, public comment is limited to a total of 10 minutes, with each speaker allowed up to 2 minutes. Open Time for Public Expression will be held again at the end of the meeting with no total time limit. Please note that, under state law, the City Council cannot discuss or take action on items that are not on the agenda.
