The City is currently conducting a survey with a randomly selected group of community members. Participation is voluntary, and individual responses will remain confidential. Not all residents will be contacted, as the survey uses a random sampling approach. The survey will remain open for a limited period while data collection is underway.

Can I park my RV / oversized vehicle on a City street?

RVs may not be parked on public streets citywide (except when a temporary permit has been issued by the Parking Services office). If you don’t have space on your property to store your RV, check out these RV storage facilities in and around Marin County.

Oversized & commercial vehicles may only be parked on public streets citywide for one hour (except if actively loading or unloading). Loading/unloading of large or heavy items including, without limitation, salvaged vehicles, vehicle parts, and heavy machinery, on the public streets is prohibited. Vehicles in violation of the ordinance may be subject to citation and/or be towed.
