Traffic Safety Rules for the Use of Medians

On Monday evening the City Council will hold a public hearing to discuss prohibiting pedestrians from loitering or lingering on small medians (less than four feet in width) or blocking traffic signs or signals so that the risk of traffic collisions involving vehicles and pedestrians will be minimized. 2017-2018 Budget Amendments
