Report Issues
The City of San Rafael works to keep our community safe, clean, and welcoming for everyone. If you see something that needs attention — whether it’s a crime, a safety concern, or an issue in public space — here’s how to report it. Using the right contact helps ensure the fastest and most effective response.

Need to Request Camping Ordinance Enforcement?
All requests for camping ordinance enforcement should be sent by email to: EndHomelessness@CityofSanRafael.org
Staff will coordinate with San Rafael Police, Public Works, and/or the City’s debris management contractor to add the site to the weekly noticing and abatement list.
