The San Rafael Social Justice Art Group along with project partner, Youth in Arts will be presenting an update on the proposed art mural at Arbor Park. This virtual meeting will provide an opportunity for public comment and feedback. Final approval of location and design will be made at a future regular meeting of the City Council.
