About the Meeting
The Northgate Town Square Project involves the redevelopment of the existing Northgate mall including approximately 225,100 sq. ft. of commercial space and up to 1,443 residential units.
The purpose of this scoping meeting is to provide an opportunity for public comments on the scope of environmental issues and alternatives to be addressed in the project Environmental Impact Report (EIR). The EIR will address the proposed project’s potential impacts to the following environmental topics:
