2025 Community Informed Technical Feasibility StudyThis is the community-informed technical feasibility report conducted by Moffatt and Nichol and Waggonner and Ball, which was funded by the California Coastal Conservancy with support from the Marin Community Foundation. The feasibility study was shepherded by the City of San Rafael, Canal Alliance, and the Multicultural Center of Marin with support from the County of Marin.
