Fully vaccinated adults are not required to wear a mask in our facilities. However, both Marin County Public Health and California Department of Public Health strongly encourage the use of masks indoors, especially for our residents who are more vulnerable to infection or more at risk of severe outcomes from COVID-19. We do require that unvaccinated individuals and all participants, parents, guests and staff involved in youth programming wear a mask.
Full refunds will be issued if the class/program is canceled by the Department. Refund requests received at least 14 days prior to the start of the class or program will receive a refund less a $25 administrative fee, per refund request. No refunds will be issued for requests received less than 14 days prior to the start of the class or program. No refunds given for non-attendance, one-day workshops, or trips.
QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY
We value your feedback. If, after attending the first class, you are dissatisfied with the quality of the class/program, please contact us immediately. If you contact us prior to the second class, we will offer you a prorated refund, less a $25 administrative fee.
RECREATION SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
We offer Recreation Scholarships each year that are limited in funding and are allocated based on income requirements and availability.
