The City of San Rafael in partnership with Youth in Arts is excited to announce a celebration ceremony for the unveiling of “Regeneration” at Arbor Park. Please join us as we celebrate with live music by Youth in Arts ‘Til Dawn and remarks from the San Rafael Social Justice Community Art Group, artist, and local leaders.
