This project is complete and was a great success. The scope of the project was to lower the sewer-main pipes in Octavia Street, Woodland Avenue and in B Street between Warner Court and 1st Street. This allowed the District to relocate a failing sewer-main serving residences on Woodland Place, and connect a new sewer-main installed in Warner Court prior to this project. Lastly, private laterals within Woodland Place were rerouted to the new sewer main.
