This user-friendly platform will make it easier for community members and contractors to find information and apply for the following permits:
- Encroachment Permits
- Grading Permits
- Transportation Permits
- Water Course and Tideland Permits
- Sidewalk Repair Program
We are excited to transition to a program that is expected to better serve our applicants – please bear with us as we adjust to the new permit platform.

Note: The launch date for Encroachment, Grading, Transportation, and Tideland permits from eTrakit to Opengov is May 1st 2025.
All of the permits applied for prior to the launch date will be completed on eTrakit and permits applied for after that date will be processed on Opengov.
