Kelly Abey joined DPW on June 16th as the 6th annual Honorary Dean Allison Intern. She has lived in San Rafael her whole life until college, where she goes to UC Davis. She recently finished her third year at Davis, double majoring in Environmental Policy, Analysis, and Planning and Sustainable Environmental Design. She is extremely excited to be a part of the work done for the City of San Rafael and hopes to continue the legacy of the former Public Works Director Dean Allison. Outside of working, Kelly is an avid sewer and quilter. She is also on the UC Davis Triathlon Team, so there is a high chance you can find her swimming, biking, or running around town!
