Another metric that the Traffic Engineering division has been reviewing is red light runners. Below is an example of Fourth Street/C Street. Many drivers are getting through the intersection on the yellow, but there are quite a few going through the intersection on a red light. We are using this to consider lengthening the yellow time and/or adjusting offsets down Fourth Street. The same analysis can be used for our other corridors.
