The City of San Rafael Stands United Against Hate!
United Against Hate Week (October 19-25, 2025) is a call for seven days of local civic action by people in every community to stop the hate and implicit biases that are a dangerous threat to the safety and civility of our neighborhoods, towns and cities.
The City of San Rafael stands with fellow California cities in denouncing rising trends of bias and bullying that have plagued our communities in recent years. When cities and their residents work together against hate, we can restore respect and civil discourse, embrace the strength of diversity and build inclusive and equitable communities for all.
What’s next: Join us for the October 20th City Council meeting for the Proclamation in Recognition of United Against Hate Week 2025, support for Not In Our Town, and the unveiling of Youth in Arts posters against hate!

La Semana contra el Odio (del 19 al 25 de octubre de 2025) es un llamado a siete días de acción cívica local por parte de las personas de todas las comunidades para detener el odio y los prejuicios implícitos que representan una amenaza peligrosa para la seguridad y la civilidad de nuestros vecindarios, pueblos y ciudades.
