Coastal Cleanup Day
Third Saturday of September each year, 9am to Noon
Grab a friend, get your gloves on and pick up trash from our creeks, bay shoreline and paths! This international event is the largest volunteer event! Data is collected at each site. In past years hundreds of volunteers have cleaned at 8 San Rafael locations and picked up thousands of lbs. of trash and recycling. Join Us this year! We will host various site from 9am – Noon. This is a great opportunity to volunteer with a friend or family member and enjoy our coast, creeks, and shoreline.
