The COVID-19 Stay-in-Place order statewide has impacted many aspects of the way we conduct our daily activities especially outside of our homes. Limiting it made a significant influence in the way we conduct business whether it’s personal or business. Traffic was impacted as many cannot travel or have no place to go except to procure essential needs or services. In San Rafael, we have been monitoring the impact on traffic.
