Completed forms may be emailed to the San Rafael Sanitation District at SRSD@cityofsanrafael.org.
Sewer Inspection:
Contact us at 415-454-4001 or email SRSD@cityofsanrafael.org to schedule inspection at least 72 hours in advance prior to the inspection date.
Sewer inspections are available Monday through Friday at 9 a.m. and at 10 a.m. except City holidays.
