From September 13 at 8 pm to September 14 at 7 am, Veteran Power Infrastructure (VPI) will be performing night work along 4th Street by D St to finish underground utility work.
Traffic controls will be in place. Motorists are advised to drive with caution and follow all posted directional signals.
