The City Hall building will be closed to the general public on Fridays from June 6, 2025 through August 29, 2025. San Rafael Community Centers, Libraries, Al Boro Parking Services, and all Public Safety services will remain open and maintain normal Friday hours.

Michael Paul Company will be closing the road near 227 Coleman Ave to complete asphalt restoration for the City. The road closure will happen Monday, 8/26, between 9am – 3pm. They have an approved encroachment permit, EP2406-046, and have been coordinating with the affected residents regarding the closure.

PG&E’s subcontractor, WK McClellan will be closing the road near 338 Coleman Ave to complete asphalt restoration from a gas line repair job. The road closure will happen  Tuesday, 8/27 between 9am – 3pm. They have an approved encroachment permit from the City, EP2208-063 and notifications have been provided to affected properties.
