The City Hall building will be closed to the general public on Fridays from June 6, 2025 through August 29, 2025. San Rafael Community Centers, Libraries, Al Boro Parking Services, and all Public Safety services will remain open and maintain normal Friday hours.

Temporary Road Closure Notification - 31 Martens Blvd - 1/24/25

Pinnacle Power Service, contracted by PG&E, will be closing the road near 31 Martens Blvd  to replace a power pole in the area. The road closure will happen Friday, 1/24, between approximately 9am – 4pm. They have an approved encroachment permit EP2405-031 and affected properties have also been notified.

The City currently maintains 333 lane miles of roadway as part of its network. Concrete roadways represent less than 1% of this network and are significantly more expensive to maintain.
