Overview

Located in the southeast yard of San Rafael’s Rotary Manor (1821 Fifth Avenue), this project will replace the existing  corrugated metal pipe (CMP) culvert located under the property, with a new reinforced concrete box culvert. Allowing for improved flow of accumulating storm water into the San Rafael drainage system.
