The City of San Rafael is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to develop a Conceptual Design Option for a combined library and community center of approximately 43,700 square feet in San Rafael, California. The Project will build upon the results of the San Rafael Public Library Facilities Planning Study completed in August 2019.
