The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit bid proposals for qualified contractors to construct the Pickleweed Library Renovation Project. The project is a full interior renovation of the Pickleweed Branch Library.
The Project scope includes, but it is not limited to, modifications to: new interior walls, doors, interior glazing, ceilings, and finishes, compliance with current life safety codes, public safety office, exterior entry improvements, and modifications to building systems (HVAC, electrical, lighting, telecommunications, audiovisual, and plumbing).
The estimated construction cost without alternatives is $1.82 million. The estimated construction cost with alternatives is $1.98 million
