The City of San Rafael has issued this Request for Sealed Bids from qualified contractors for the award of the contract for the City of San Rafael Essential Facilities Demolition Project – Fire Stations 52 and 57.  Interested Contractors may download a copy of the RFQ.

Fire Station 52 is located at 210 Third Street, San Rafael, California and consists of demolition of the existing fire station and foundation, 5-story training tower, subterranean concrete drafting-pit (H20 Tank), asphalt pavement, tree removal, abandonment and removal of utilities and associated site improvements and appurtenances.

 

Fire Station 57 is located at 3530 Civic Center Drive, San Rafael, California and consists of demolition of the existing fire station and foundation, asphalt pavement, tree removal, fencing, abandonment and removal of utilities and associated site improvements and appurtenances.
