Will there be an increase in vehicles using Marina Court Drive, Mission Avenue, and Sea View Avenue?

Some of the existing traffic along Embarcadero Way are anticipated to use Marina Court Drive, Mission Avenue, and Sea View Avenue as alternative routes. The pilot project will study whether the diverted traffic can be absorbed by the surrounding street network without capacity or circulation issues by taking traffic volume counts at the end of the pilot project. Traffic data will be considered for final project recommendations.
