The project will go through various phases for traffic control.
Traffic Control Phase One will require a single lane to remain open for both directions of traffic, with the use of flaggers to manage traffic flow. This one-lane condition will only be in effect between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
Traffic will be actively monitored throughout this phase to minimize disruptions.
