What direction will traffic be allowed to travel in during the one-way conversion on Embarcadero Way?

During the pilot project, travel will be permitted in the northeast direction (uphill) from Marina Court Drive to Mission Avenue. See Figure 1 above. Travel will not be permitted in the southwest direction on Embarcadero Way from Mission Ave to Marina Court Drive.
