If the resale report does not list any violations, and the applicant qualifies for a refund, what is the process for requesting the refund?

When you return the “Return Receipt and Buyer’s Certification”, also include a “RBR Refund Request form” and mail or email it back to us. The refund will not be processed until a properly executed buyer’s receipt is received.  The refund check will be made out to the payee only (This is the person who paid for the Resale Permit at the time of application) and mailed to the address provided on the RBR Refund Request form.
