Emergency access will be provided at all times over the length of the project.
Residents who will need access to their vehicles are encouraged to park further downhill outside of the road closure zone during working hours.
Pedestrian access is not guaranteed during the road closure as the City cannot direct pedestrian traffic in areas where there are not appropriate sidewalks for detours.
Delivery vehicles will need to park downhill from the road closures.
