All Sidewalk Dining structures and operators must:
- Apply for a Licensing Agreement and Pay City Fees: Including application fees, and any other applicable fees
- Meet Insurance and Design Standards: As specified by the program guidelines.
Non-compliant structures will be required to be removed, ensuring a safe and vibrant public right-of-way.
