On Monday night, the City Council will consider personnel related changes to create more flexibility within certain classification series, updating the City’s salary schedule to reflect a new classification, and making market rate adjustments to two salary ranges. With these changes, staff believes the City will be able to improve recruitment efforts and keep existing staff ready for more complex work where there is a need. READ STAFF REPORT
