The City is currently conducting a survey with a randomly selected group of community members. Participation is voluntary, and individual responses will remain confidential. Not all residents will be contacted, as the survey uses a random sampling approach. The survey will remain open for a limited period while data collection is underway.

When paying online, you will need your citation number.  In addition; you will need to create a “Public” account; prior to paying your citation.

You can also pay in person with check, cash, or credit card; or by mail with check only.  To pay in person; our location is: 1400 5th Avenue, San Rafael, CA.  To pay by mail; make the check out to City of San Rafael and include a copy of your citation.
