The Department of Public Works will be installing new decorative “Tivoli” string lights on 4th St. between Shaver and F St. This project represents a collaboration with Economic Development, Public Works and the local business community, in a broader effort to promote Downtown and the West End, in time for the winter holidays! Please join us and the local businesses of the West End at the Flip the Switch event on Sunday November 4, 2018 to watch as the lights are turned on for the first time.
