Parking Lot – 3rd & Lootens

This parking structure has 2 levels. The upper level is long term parking (up to 10 hours) and the lower level is limited to 2-hour parking. In the upper level, use the pay station to pay using your parking space #. This machine does not issue change, so please use exact change or pay with credit card. The lower level contains parking meters that accept COIN only. The ParkMobile app may also be used to pay for parking in both levels.
