The City Council is seeking applicants to fill two four-year terms on the San Rafael Board of Library Trustees. Members of the board evaluate and develop current and long-range needs of the library, policies and regulations regarding the library’s budget, programs, outreach and facilities. Starting Tuesday, applications will be available at the City Clerk’s office in City Hall or online.
