Volunteer at the City Hall’s Concierge Desk

If you enjoy helping people find their way around, consider becoming a City Hall Concierge Volunteer. Concierge volunteers will assist City Hall visitors with directions and other information.

Volunteers sit at the information desk in the lobby of City Hall assist visitors with the direction of the office they’re looking for. You don’t need to answer phones or use a computer in this position.

Volunteers can bring something to read or work on a personal task to do between visitors.

Time commitment

Thursday mornings
8:30 to noon or 12:30.

Need to know

• Volunteers must be at least 18 years old.
• If you are a person with a disability and require accommodation to participate, let us know by email at least four days in advance of your volunteer shift.
