Report Issue: Storm-Related and Stormwater Drainage

For all life threatening emergencies dial 911

Emergency Issues

  • Downed trees, large branches or powerlines
  • Blocked roadside storm drains or flooding
  • Blocked access to roads, sidewalks, parks, or public pathways
  • Traffic signal light out (completely off — not flashing to red)

Report Non-emergency Stormwater Drainage Issues

  • Blocked or partially blocked storms drains not causing flooding
  • Leaves or small branches

The City of San Rafael is now using SeeClickFix for service requests.

To report stormwater drainage issues:

  1. Visit the SeeClickFix stormwater drainage reporting form
  2. Identify the location of the issue on the map
  3. Add a photo or take a photo with your device
  4. Fill out required information on the form
  5. A member of our team will acknowledge and respond to the request

Report Illicit Discharge (Dumping of Chemicals, Paints, etc) into Stormwater System

The City of San Rafael is now using SeeClickFix for service requests.
