The General Plan serves as a blueprint for the community’s future growth and development, addressing issues such as land use, transportation, open space, housing, and sustainability, among others. On Monday evening, the City Council will consider amendments to the General Plan, including a new methodology to determine the environmental impacts of transportation and creating a new land-use designation for waterways.
