Downtown San Rafael Arts District Launch

Join us at the Youth In Arts (YIA) Gallery to celebrate Downtown San Rafael’s designation as a California Cultural Arts District. Remarks will be made at 6:00pm. Youth in Arts will present the 2018 Pamela Levine Arts Education Leadership Award and we will be hearing from local officials, and arts leaders.
