This is our quarterly Climate Change Action Plan community forum, hosted by City Councilmember Maika Llorens Gulati.
This month we focus on our biggest source of emissions: transportation.
How do we go beyond EV’s to reduce our GHG emissions? What is the role of the City? What other agencies are working on this? How can climate champions and others contribute to solutions? What can we do countywide to move the needle?
Join Councilmember Llorens Gulati, the Sustainability Team, planners from Transportation Authority of Marin (TAM), and Sustainable San Rafael for presentations and lively discussion around these topics. Draft agenda includes:
- Marin Commutes
- Redwood Bike Share
- Countywide Vehicle Trip Reduction project
- Bicycle Pedestrian Master Plan update
- City climate action updates
