Bicycle & Pedestrian Advisory Committee Special Meeting

The Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) meet bimonthly to review the City’s progress in implementing the San Rafael Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan and other related issues as directed by the City Council.  The Committee will also promote public involvement and support for bicycling and walking as viable alternatives to driving.
