The City is currently conducting a survey with a randomly selected group of community members. Participation is voluntary, and individual responses will remain confidential. Not all residents will be contacted, as the survey uses a random sampling approach. The survey will remain open for a limited period while data collection is underway.

The 37th Annual Dia de los Muertos- “Day of the Dead” celebration will be held on Saturday, November 1 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Albert J. Boro Community Center located on 50 Canal Street, San Rafael. The event kicks off at 3:00 pm with family art activities, music, face painting for children, authentic food for sale and altar viewing, followed at 6:00 pm by the annual walking procession through the Canal neighborhood and concluding with a celebration in the Albert J. Boro Community Center with live music, traditional food and cultural performances.
